Recommendations:

Soak seeds 6-8 hours. Drain and rinse. Pour soaked seeds into sprouter (2-3 tbsp. per tray) Spread evenly.

Sprouts must be rinsed and drained 2-3 times per day and kept from light until the 3rd or the 4th day.

Expose to indirect sunlight 3-5 hours until desired green effect. Refrigerate.
