Recommendations:

For Sprouts: Before soaking seeds, use 2tbsp. per quart of clean water. Add desired amount of sprouting seeds. Agitate about 30 seconds, drain and rinse thoroughly.
While sprouting, mist and rinse sprouts twice a day. Rinse completely with clean water. Mist and rinse your grown sprouts 3-4 times per week to keep them fresh and crisp.
For all fruits and vegetables: Spray to completely cover produce. Rub with hand or scrub with brush or soak for 3 minutes in sink at 1/4 cup per gallon. Rinse completely with cold water.
