Recommendations:

As a dietary supplement, dissolve (1) packet in a six (6) ounces of hot water and stir briskly until orange color appears (stirring activated the formula).

Microwave heating instructions:Add contents of one (1) packet and six (6) ounces of cool water to a microwave safe cup and stir. Microwave on "high" for one and a half (1 1/2) minutes or until hot.
